A specially allocated person from our specialist team will be your concierge and from the moment you arrive in Bali until the day of your departure, they will be available to assist you if you so require.

Upon arrival they will be at the airport to greet you. If you have pre requested anything like food and beverages to stack your fridge, tickets to the white party or other any other thing, as long as it's legal, they will be available to assist you. All added extras do incur an additional cost.

Our concierge speaks English and will be happy to escort or attend to your needs from explaining and showing you the rich culture of Bali to arranging a tour to Lombok, the Gili's, Menjangen, Amed or other location.

Restaurants abound in Bali and the concierge can suggest and book a table for you at a top restaurant or a local warung.

Need to know where to shop for clothes, shoes, handbags or homewards the concierge is the local know for where to get the best items in Bali.
