Villa Rental FAQ
Q: Why should I book my villa with you?
A: (1) Our company is based in Bali and therefore we have sound knowledge about the villas we offer, the surrounding areas, as well as Bali in general.
(2) Our company is legally registered by Indonesian authority and holds full license to operate as a holiday rental agency.
(3) Our company is a member of Bali Villa Rental Association (BVRA), the only holiday rental association in Bali legally acknowledged by Indonesian authority, and also a member of Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (ASITA).
Q: Are your rates per villa or per person?
A: All rates are for the whole villa in which all bedrooms in the villa are included. However each bedroom can only be occupied by maximum of 2 persons.
Q: Are meals included in the rate?
A: In general meals are not included. Certain villas provides breakfast, so be assured to check list of inclusions in our pricing information of each particular villa.
Q: Are car and driver included?
A: In most of the case, villa does not provide car and driver. Certain villas that provide car and driver will explicitly mention it in its list of inclusions.
Q: Can you arrange pick up service from the airport?
A: Yes, we can arrange pick up from the airport upon arrival as well as drop off to the airport upon departure.
Q: What happens to my villa booking if my flight is delayed?
A: If you know that the delay will take more than 24 hours you are advised to inform us by email or telephone before your previously scheduled arrival. As you have paid it already, the villa will remain available for you during the whole period of your stay even if you do not show up.
Q: Do I need a visa to enter Indonesia?
A: Visa on Arrival is available upon arrival for citizen of many countries. However it is advisable to contact Indonesian embassy in your country.
Q: Why do I have to make full payment in advance?
A: Unlike hotels that have hundred of rooms, private villas only have one selling unit. When it is allocated for you, the villa will be blocked for other interest in the same period. If you end up cancelling your booking, they may lose all the potential income for the period.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: Please check available payment methods in our Terms and Conditions.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept AMEX, Master Card and Visa.
Q: Why do I need to give my credit card details?
A: The information is required for validation process by our bank. Without the information provided, our bank will simply decline to process the transaction.
Q: Why do I have to pay an additional 3 - 4% fee for credit card payment?
A: We have to make a full amount payment to the villa.
Q: Does the credit card holder have to be present at check in?
A: Yes, credit card holder has to be present upon arrival.
Q: In which currency do I have to make my payment?
A: Following Indonesian banking regulation all credit card payment will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment by bank transfer is in US Dollars.
Q: How do you calculate the exchange rate?
A: We use the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
Q: The credit card number is correct, but my online payment is declined. What is the problem?
A: There are some problems that may result in credit card transaction failure. Below are a few of the most common ones:
- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
- Your credit card has reached its credit limit.
- Usage of your credit card limited only to domestic use.
- You may have provided wrong security code (the 3 digits on the signature panel).
Q: Can you process the payment if I simply send you my credit card information by email, put the information to the booking form, pass it over via phone?
A: No, we can't. You are required to send the following documents by fax to our office at +62 361 725744 (1) Completely and correctly filled in Credit Card Authorization Form (CCAF), (2) Copy of your passport. (3) Copy of both sides of your credit card.
