Dear Management,

I just came back from Bali staying at Villa Dika for 2 nights - April 8-10, 2012 at Villa 4.
Our stay was pleasant, the villa is very nice, the pictures on the website are real so the villa met our expectation. The staff was nice, esp Ibu Komang and Ibu Dewi.
We loved the pool very much, good size and kept clean.

There is some review I would like to give to Villa Dika:

1. The hot water ran out very fast, we had to hurry taking shower so we would not have to shower with cold water. A long relaxing shower would have been good after a day out in the sun =)
2. The tub looked amazing. But, due to the point number one, we could not fill the tub with hot water, which made the tub useless because we could not use it for a hot bath.
3. There was no phone in the villa, so we had to use our own cellphones to contact Ibu Komang.
4. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, we experienced itchiness all over our body after staying in Villa Dika. I don't know whether it's because of the bed or the pool water. I actually have bug bite marks all over my upper body (chest, back, and arms). This is the most disappointing point, I would like to recommend Villa Dika to my friends, but I do not want them to experience this. So, something must be done to solve this problem.
