Thank you for your email.  My mother enjoyed her time in Bali.
 
The villa itself was very nice but unfortunately located far from the main road.  This would not be such an issue if the alley way was lit up at night.  It was a very dark walk for three ladies at night.
 
Also, the staff did not provide any breakfast.  They visited to make up the rooms, but this must have happened when my mother and her friends were out as they did not see them.  They ended up buying their own breakfast everyday which is disappointing.
 
Also, there is not clear instructions on how to use villa amenities.  If staff are not available then there should be a contact number or better instructions on how to use items such as the spa.
 
My mother also mentioned that the pool lights stayed on until very late at night and kept her awake in the room closest to the pool area.
 
I believe most of the above problems could have been eliminated if the service during the stay was improved.
