I just wanted to send a quick message to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Sundari last week and particularly how good the staff at the villa were especially Nyoman.  Nothing was too much trouble, he was so friendly and helpful, a fabulous cook, but also inobtrusive as well.  He really made life for us that much more enjoyable- as also, did Suri and Made.  Half of our group hadn't travelled to Bali before so it was really great for them to have such a wonderful first experience.  The villa was really well equipped, we loved the pool and all of the facilities.
 
While I wasn't responsible for the booking (my friend Jane Agostini was) I understand everything went really smoothly, the communication was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use your service or villas again.  Having booked villas in Bali myself, it is always a comfort to have someone efficient and helpful on the other end of the phone/email.
 
If only we were still there!
