We came to Bali with family and friends in June and get married there. It was my best choice to choose Villa Willys. i was impressed with their nice staffs and newly renovated environment. Nice breakfasts were provided by the staffs who came to villa and cooked for us every morning. i remembered on my big day I woke up early and discovered that there is no water from the tap. I get nervous and was very frightened that my guests will not have water to use in the morning and may cause problem to my wedding. I sms to the manager at 6am and was panic when they will reply me. she has prompt response and after a short time, i could see a group of staff coming to repair the water tank. Water could be used before my guests woke up. really really thank you for your good service and for sure recommend my friends in your villa. Only one thing for improvement is many mosquitoes in the villa. it may because the villa is near a river. If you can provide more mosquito repellant advices, it would make my stay more pleasant.
