We stayed at Villa Bliss for 7 nights in late September. The Villa was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. I liked the location as it was close to Jl Laksmana down a (bumpy) jalan and also close to Jl Petitenget, so we were close to great restaurants, shops and some hip bars. The Natan team were very friendly and welcoming, especially Nopa, who was very helpful. Only comment is that it would have been great to have a staff member around that laneway of villas all the time so we could pop out and ask questions/get help when we needed it rather than wait for the daily visit by the Natan team. While the villa cleaning staff were around, their english was not as good and they didn't have the expertise in service that the Natan staff did. However, that is a tiny gripe - I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the villa and Natan hospitality services to friends and family.
