Dear Miss Komang,

Thankyou for the opportunity to provide you with feedback following our stay with you at Villa Ganesa.  We enjoyed our stay very much and there were some very excellent aspects and one or two negative which you may consider for future guests.

1. The price for the Villa is very good for a two bedroom with pool.
2. The location is also really good, being very close to many restaurants, money changer, cafes, convenience stores and lots of good shopping.  Taxis were easy to get and the road outside was clean and wide.
3. The villa was nice and clean and serviced daily.
4. The pool is in shade most of the day and was too cool to swim during June.
5. The bed frame is made of bamboo and makes a lot of noise when any movement happens.   It was difficult to get a good sleep.
6. The air conditioning unit was very cold and could not be turned to a warmer temperature or turned off.
7. The neighbour has a pet bird that screams for a long time and that starts every morning from 4 am and it was impossible to sleep through it.
8. Guests should be informed that there are two big steps to cross into the villa and elderly people or people with mobility difficulty would not be able to get in.
9. Even though it is a cheap price, it would be nice to have basic toiletries like shampoo provided for the shower.
10. The hot water did not work in the en-suite basin and the kitchen sink and the hot water would run out during showers on occasion.
