First of all we had a great vacation at Bali and enjoyed staying at Villa Heliconia. The staff was very friendly and the villa was good. We would definitly come back to Heliconia if and when we come back to Bali.
 
We appreciated the help and service that we had from Natan Hospitality and you. Everything was professionally done and we specifically appreciated your quick response when we wanted to change from Villa Alma.
 
On Villa Alma we felt that it cleraly did not meet even the minimum standards that we would expect from a Villa in the price range that we booked and would have expected that Natan Hospitality would have removed it from the offering for not meeting your standards. As mentioned we did appreciate the fact that you had given us an early warning but even there felt that you should have not left it up to us to make the decision but should have just proposed an alternative straight away.
 
Overall though we have been satisfied with your help and service and would recommend you to others if asked.
