Privacy Statement

Our privacy statement is a disclosure of the privacy practices undertaken by Natan Hospitality Indonesia for its own web sites and is current as of February 2012.

Your Privacy
Natan is committed to fair information practices. We do not disclose your information to third parties.

Information Collection and Use
 We collect information from inquiry and reservation forms that includes, name, address, telephone number and email address, number of guests and their ages, passport information and personal preferences. Additionally once a guest has confirmed their booking a payment form is sent. Not only is the above information included for billing purposes, but also financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration date of card, and name of issuing bank are required.

Natan takes every precaution to safeguard the collection and use of information on its websites. If a client requests certain services that are offered by an associate or partner of Natan Hospitality Indonesia, then and only then, in these circumstances will Natan co-operate with another party and share name and contact information to enable provision of services.

Cookies are placed on your computer through your web browser to enable our browser to recognise and welcome you back. If you do not want cookies please disable them from your computer setting.

The use of IP addresses are used as an analysis tool and are not linked to personally identifiable information.
