Our team provides our clients with a great deal of care, expertise and experience.
Comprising 60 diverse people, our team unites our company as one powerful voice. Our staff is our most valuable resource and the main reason for our success.
Our team encompasses a Managing Director and General Manager and is divided into seven business units. The seven business units are defined as Villa Management, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Guest Service, Operation, IT and Finance. Each business unit plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of our company, Natan Hospitality Indonesia.
PROFILES:
Gede Mertadana: Operation Manager
With a degree in Tourism and 17 years experience working in reservations in predominantly management roles, Gede bring numerous skills to his position in Natan. Leading Operations he manages the largest team within the company and ensures its smooth daily operation.
Pradjna Paramita: Commercial Manager
Mita has worked for Natan since the company's commencement therefore is intimate with many aspects and functions of the business. Commencing first within reservations, dealing with guests and owners of villas and going into product development she is well placed in her current role as Commercial Manager where she is responsible for the Product and Sales Divisions and the corporate side of the business. With a previous background in hospitality followed by real estate she has a good understanding of commercial requirements for Natan.
Sumadi Arta: Villa Manager
A people person, Sumadi has worked in the hospitality field for the past 15 years and has extensive experience as Natan's Villa Manager. He has the ability to problem solve and is innovative and effective in managing a multitude of day-to-day management issues if they arise.
Gede Wismaya: Chef
Gede Wismaya has spent over 10 years working in the food industry within hotel and villa accommodation. His skills and experience are broad having initially dealt with raw food ordering and preparation and quality control within the kitchen. He gradually rose to the level of Chef de Partie where he managed the operations of a hotel restaurant, dealing with everything from ordering supplies, managing the cook through to ensuring quality standards of adherence in food preparation and presentation. After a short stint as a Sous Chef, he accepted the role of Chef at Natan Hospitality where he sets the menu, manages staff, food preparation, budgeting, quality standards, food presentation and much more.
Komang Anggreni: Reservation Supervisor
Komang has worked in the hospitality field for the past 11 years and has specifically focused and worked within the reservations area for the past 6 years. She brings a happy disposition and skill to her management role.
Dian Purnama Dewi: Product Development Supervisor
With university qualifications in English, Dian is well placed to assist Natan Hospitality Indonesia with both English and Indonesian content. Her experience as a freelance writer, writing product descriptions, website content, articles and undertaking translations expanded when she joined Natan. In her current role she manages the product development team, liaises with villas, hotel and vendors for contracting andundertakes all content that appears on the Natan websites, including listings and profiles.
Florianus Jehassan: Operation Supervisor
Rhey has worked his way up through Natan and has experience in many facets of their operations. Initially he commenced in reservations handling both hotel and tour bookings then progressed to tours where he ensured the operations ran smoothly for guests. Eventually this lead to working in the operations section of the business where he was responsible for the movement of guests on a daily basis. Currently in his new role he manages a team involved in transportation, guides, tours and land arrangements for all guests of Natan.
Gede Subagia Wahyudi. P: IT Supervisor
With a degree, majoring in Engineering and 12 years experience Gede has responsibility for all computers (software & hardware) within Natan. He manages the IT team and ensures the updating of rates on all websites as well as keeping Natan's website on the top ranking of Google and other search engines.
Wahyu Suteja: Accounting Supervisor
Wahyu majored in economics and for the past 11 years has worked predominantly with accounts. He is rresponsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and the general ledger and manages a capable finance team.
