The Exotic Tropical Sanctuary

Villa Maroko is an exotic three bedroom retreat for a laidback holiday in the tropics. It has been designed to capture the ambience of a Middle Eastern inspired sanctuary. Every room is a different shade of rich colour and there is ample space to relax or entertain in style. Villa Maroko is an unpretentious residence in the heart of Seminyak that anticipates the needs of fun-loving travellers. An eclectic decor brings together unique glass lanterns, paintings of Buddha and interesting pieces of artistry from around the Indonesian archipelago.
Top Location
Located down an inconspicuous lane just off Jalan Oberoi, Villa Maroko is in the heart of the lifestyle district of Seminyak. Some of Bali best restaurants and trendy retail outlets are within easy walking distance or just a short taxi ride away.
Villa Maroko is well-placed to venture out at night and take pleasure in the island's bars and after dark hot spots. And for leisurely days of sun, sea and surf, Blue Ocean Beach at the end of Jalan 66 is a 5 minute journey by car. Bali's airport can be reached in 25 minutes.
Chilled Out Living
The sheer size of Villa Maroko ensures that neither personal space nor comfort is compromised. The living room is enclosed by a wall of glass doors that open out onto a wide veranda. There are two distinct zones with giant sofas to watch television or simply chill out.
The kitchen and dining area is a huge open-plan space where meals can be cooked and shared in a social setting. The table is a solid piece of rustic timber that can easily seat all villa occupants for a hearty breakfast that is prepared daily by Villa Maroko's housekeeping team.
Colourful Bedroom Suites
The master bedroom is resplendent in vibrant hues of purple. A canopy of sheer curtains hangs down from the ceiling over the bed to add a touch of romance to this space. The en-suite bathroom features a separate shower and a sunken tub that promises spa-styled bathing rituals.
The remaining two bedrooms are just as colourful as the rest of the villa. Each room comes with a double bed, practical timber furnishings and an indulging en-suite bathroom. Both rooms overlook the swimming pool that is edged in tropical greenery.
Huge Pool & Jacuzzi
The entire outdoor area of Villa Maroko is dominated by a huge swimming pool with eye-catching blue tiles. It has a Jacuzzi at one end and a safety step around the edge to create a shallow area for children and adults who don't swim.
The garden is simply a narrow patch of native plants and flowering shrubs. But it is still enough to enliven the senses and provide a bit of shade from the intensity of the afternoon sun. Reclining chairs are also set up with a large umbrella to unwind and laze the day away.
